Pricing

Tutoring is offered as one-on-one, personalized support. Rates are straightforward and designed to reflect the time, preparation, and care that go into each session.

Sessions are billed monthly at:

$30/half an hour $45/45 minutes $60/hour

Cancellations

We understand that life happens. When possible, we ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule changes. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be billed, with flexibility for illness or unexpected emergencies.

Sessions are typically scheduled in advance, and consistent attendance is encouraged to support steady progress.

Attendance

Tutoring sessions are most effective when learners arrive on time and ready to engage. We ask that students come prepared with any needed materials, assignments, or questions so time can be used well.

Sessions are designed to be supportive and collaborative. Participation is encouraged, and progress is approached with patience and respect.

For ESA Families

We work with families using Education Scholarship Accounts (ESA). Tutoring services are invoiced monthly, and families simply upload the invoice to ClassWallet—no additional paperwork required.
